Que:
What do you like best about your job?
Ans:
Once a new assignment is assigned to us, we get full responsibility and freedom to complete it. This enables me to use my creativity and ideas and gives me a chance to implement them along with whatever knowledge I gathered in my life. It also provokes me to learn new things. Here, I enjoy being myself.
Que:
Which is your favourite area of interest?
Ans:
Anything which I find more challenging...
Que:
How do you turn a bad day around and make it good?
Ans:
I smile and move on!!!
Que:
Who is one person in history you would like to meet?
Ans:
Must be either Jijau or Rani Laxmibai, because both of them built and fought for something they have always believed in.
Que:
What makes you happy each morning waking up with the idea of full day work?
Ans:
Yesterday!!! Because yesterday I made come true my thought of day before yesterday and I have one more to fulfill today from yesterday!!!
Que:
What do you feel your greatest win/success have been over the past 6 months?
Ans:
I always aim to improve, to be better than I was before. Because I believe that I'm competitor of myself.
I learned a lot many things so that I was able to accept every challenge at my workplace and I achieved it. Now I can see a much mature Software Developer in myself than it was 6 months ago, and that's my Greatest WIN!!!
Que:
Tell any one thing you read, heard or attended that helped you improve your productivity.
Ans:
When you are about to "Give up", just "Try it one more time."
If we fight, we may not always win, but if we don't fight we will surely lose! So never compromise in life fight for BEST.
If you are not willing to risk the unusual, you will have to settle for ordinary.
Que:
Your favourite notable quote:
Ans:
Impossible is "I'm Possible"!!!
Que:
Do you have any advice for new employees?
Ans:
Don't aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally.
"Apne pe bharosa he to ek daav lagale" (Dare to follow your gut and take a chance).
You may not be perfect in many things, but many things cannot be perfect without you. Stay special in your own little ways as you are.
